A Complaint in relation to the genocide in Palestine was submitted to the ICC by the eminent jurist Gilles Devers last Thursday, November 9th 2023 on behalf of hundreds of NGOs and lawyers.
It is still open for more NGOs and lawyers from around the world to join:
To join you can write to the following Human Rights NGO based in Brussels, AFD International - AFD worked with Gilles on the complaint, and is collecting signatures.
Write to AFD International - info@afdinternational.org and put Request to join ICC Genocide Complaint in the Subject line.
NGOs should provide organisation name and country. Lawyers should provide their name, any titles, which Bar they are a member of, and their country. (See the format in the complaint).
Please join, and get as many lawyers and NGOs as possible to also join this extremely important initiative.
