Nueva ley protege derechos de usuarios de Internet y celulares

La Asamblea Nacional aprobó el jueves la nueva Ley General de Telecomunicaciones Convergentes, que establece un marco normativo moderno adaptado a los avances tecnológicos de la materia, a fin de garantizar a los usuarios el acceso eficiente de internet, telefonía, radio y otros servicios asociados a las tecnologías de la información.
