We greet the Dignified, Courageous People of Bolivia with whom we have shared Struggles, Hopes, Certainties and Victories, always prioritizing Peace, Well-being and our Sovereign Rights, as Peoples in the Great Patriotic Nation.
We received the Note from the Foreign Policy Institutions of your Government, and we ratify that the Political, Economic and Legal Decisions of our Countries are Their Own, Dignified and Sovereign.
We have never meddled in the affairs of other Countries, and we are also not known for discussing the Right of each Country and People to decide on their own Ways under all circumstances.
