Dear Brother President
Alexander Lukashenko :
We express our deepest dismay and strong condemnation over the tragic terrorist attack perpetrated today against a civilian bus in the Bryansk region, in which a children's football team of the Republic of Belarus was traveling.
This unjustifiable act of violence has claimed the life of a Belarusian Citizen who was accompanying the Delegation and injured several minors who were on their way to a rest period. The cruelty against civilian transport vehicles and delegations of young children represents a serious violation of the most elementary human principles.
From our Christian, Socialist and Solidarity inspired Nicaragua, we send our embraces and our deepest condolences and Solidarity to the Government and People of Belarus, as well as to the Families of the victims.
We extend our wishes for a speedy and complete recovery to the children and adults hospitalized as a result of this terrible act of violence.
