On behalf of the Heroic People of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, we convey to you our sincere and heartfelt condolences for the criminal attack perpetrated against innocent students and teachers in the City of Starobelsk, in the Luhansk People's Republic, by the Ukrainian fascists whom we constantly denounce as criminals against humanity.
We send our Prayers to you and your People, as well as for the Families of those who were massacred and we ask God for consolation and relief for their Souls.
Criminal fascism is characterized by promoting evil and destruction. We denounce their atrocities, knowing that the Force of Good will overcome them.
