We express to you, on behalf of our People and the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, our most active Solidarity in the face of the terrorist attack by Ukraine against your presidential residences.
It is scarcely logical that Fascism should behave like this, seeking to nullify the impetus of talks which seek to bring Peace closer for that important Region of the World.
We recognize the efforts and the permanent initiative of the Russian Federation, with you at the helm, to ensure that, by means of every effort at Dialogue and Negotiation, the Peace we so badly need becomes a reality.
Onward, Brother President Putin, your striving for Peace is recognized and supported by all Peoples of the World.
