With great sadness we have learned of the Departure to another Plane of Life of beloved Compañero Nikolay M. Vladimir, who represented the People and Government of the Russian Federation before our People and Government with great commitment, respect and appreciation for Nicaragua and the Rights of Nicaraguans.ess
In these hours of his departure we remember him as a proud Soldier and Diplomat of his great Country and with admiration we express our Solidarity and Condolences to President Vladimir Putin; to Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov; to his wife, children, relatives, Colleagues and Friends, in the certainty that his tireless work for a Future of Freedom and Achievement is made real in every step we take as Peoples who know how to strive for that other World of Respect, Dialogue and Peace, which we are building by means of so very many battles.
The memory of Compañero Nikolay M. Vladimir and his intense work for that World that we are bringing about, will always be among us, uniting more and more the Glorious History, Memory and the Present of the steadfast Advances of our valiant Peoples.
