Dear Brother President, Compañero, Friend,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to extend our most fervent and heartfelt congratulations to you and to all the brave Palestinian people on the anniversary of the historic Declaration of Independence of Palestine on November 15, 1988.
This historic date reminds us of the living cry that echoes in the conscience of humanity, which cries out for justice, reaffirming the inalienable and irrevocable right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, freedom, and existence itself as a sovereign nation with its own borders.
We commemorate this fundamental milestone that was erected, and remains, as a beacon of dignity and resistance in the face of the dark forces of occupation, colonization, and apartheid.

From our Nicaragua, forever blessed and forever free, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to move forward united in this battle for justice, strengthening the eternal bonds of solidarity, cooperation, and brotherhood that have historically united our peoples and governments.
