We join you and the Russian People in celebrating, 413 years after the Liberation of Moscow under the leadership of Dmitry Pozharsky and Kuzma Minin, this historic day which pays tribute to the military exploits and national decorum of your ancestors, reminding us of the strength of National Unity in difficult and turbulent times when waging battles against foreign interference.
