Beloved Comandante Daniel Ortega, Co-President of the Republic of Nicaragua; Beloved Compañera Rosario Murillo, Co-President of the Republic, it has been a great honor for me to be able to say goodbye to you personally on the eve of fulfilling my Mission in Nicaragua.
First of all, I wanted to convey the cordial Greetings of President Xi Jinping to you both, for your attention, for your support for the development of Bilateral Relations between China and Nicaragua.
I would also like to take this opportunity to reiterate our high appreciation and appreciation for the wise decision and your political courage in re-establishing Diplomatic Relations with China four years ago, in December 2021, thanks to the attention of both you and President Xi Jinping, and thanks to the joint efforts of the officials of the various Institutions of our two Countries.
Bilateral Relations in the four years of our Diplomatic Relations have achieved accelerated development; they have strongly benefited our two Peoples.
I would also like to take this opportunity to reiterate, to express, although I have expressed it on other occasions, but I wanted to express my sincere special gratitude to you, for your support and attention to my Mission in Nicaragua and to the work of my Embassy. Without your affection, your solidarity, your support, we would not have been able to carry out such fruitful, such successful work.
So I want to take this opportunity to express, on behalf of myself and on behalf of all my Colleagues at the Embassy, our gratitude to you; also to all the Compañeras and Compañeros, both from the Sandinista Front and from the Government.
For example, we are always working with Compañero Laureano, with a lot of effort, with a lot of dynamism, and also other Compañeros, such as Dr. Gustavo Porras, President of the Assembly, the Foreign Ministers, the Ministers of the Government Cabinet, etc. They have all offered us very important support. Thanks to these efforts and support we have been able to advance and promote very successful cooperation.
I also want to tell you that, back in China, both President Xi Jinping, as well as other Leaders of the Party, the Government, the Chinese Ministers as well, have had a firm, forceful Will to carry forward our Relations of Friendship and Cooperation to a Bright Future.
Although we have only enjoyed Diplomatic Relations for about four years, the political trust of our two Countries has become stronger every day, and especially the Cooperation Projects, both Commercial and Economic, in Science and Technology, in Health, etc., have been developed with great success and with unprecedented speed. This is due to the efforts of the Comapñeras and Compañeros and also to the will, both of you, and of the China’s Leaders.
So I want to take this opportunity to express my conviction that, with joint efforts, we are going to achieve greater successes, we are going to raise our Bilateral Relations to provide more benefits, to promote prosperity for our two Countries and Peoples.
I have been here in Nicaragua for three years and four months and thanks to the support and attention of all the Compañeras and Compañeros of the Government, above all, thanks to the support of Compañero Laureano, I have been able to personally witness, with my own eyes, the advances and achievements of the Sandinista Government led by Comandante Daniel Ortega, Co-President of the Republic and by you, Compañero Rosario Murillo, Co-President of the Republic.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation and admiration for all the successes and achievements that both the Sandinista Government and the Nicaraguan People have achieved in their struggle, in their commitment to restore, to recover the legitimate Rights of the Nicaraguan People, in terms of their Independence, their Sovereignty, their Dignity, their Right to Education, to Health, to all the Rights that the Nicaraguan People should enjoy.
Thanks to Laureano's support I have been able to travel repeatedly to the different Projects, visiting Schools, visiting factories, Projects; thanks to his kindness I have been able to accompany you on the various handovers of Chinese buses to the Cooperatives. All these occasions have given me the opportunity to get to know closely the successes that the Nicaraguan people, the Nicaraguan Government, have achieved under your leadership.
I am also sure and I have every certainty and conviction, that, under your leadership and with the efforts, with the Diligence, with the Wisdom of the Nicaraguan People, Nicaragua will achieve ever greater success in building a more Prosperous Country every day, and provide more well-being to the Nicaraguan People.
So, on the eve of my departure, I want to take this opportunity to pay, express my great Tribute and Gratitude to you, to Compañero Laureano and to all our Nicaraguan Friends.

Thank you. Thank you. Well, Compañero Rosario, you of course know that you have always been there with Laureano, promoting, developing Initiatives in Relations and Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and Nicaragua.

I want to recognize that leadership of yours which has allowed us to get closer, to strengthen more that bond that is historical, interrupted not by us, but by the circumstances that we have been forced to live through in Nicaragua. Strengthen it more. And that's why, I think, it is because we know that these are historic ties, that there is so much strength in the impulse, in the promotion of our current relations.
And we cannot fail to recognize how and how quickly the Government of President Xi Jinping, the People of the People's Republic of China, has demonstrated and has also achieved the affection and recognition of the Nicaraguan people; because everywhere people can see the buses that have arrived from China and the support for Housing.
These are all new victories. That's why we called the housing program “New Victories”, because we are advancing in these Times, in the midst of the great challenges posed to us by the Imperialists of the Earth, these are Times of Triumphs, because we are consolidating Strength, Coherence, Consistency, and above all, getting closer and closer among the Peoples who know where the Future lies.
Societies, Peoples, Families, with Rights. Peoples, Families, Societies, Countries, Sovereign, Independent and, we know that the World is already different, and Great Powers, the People's Republic of China, we are pushing onward there, while we are participating as small, Dignified and Sovereign Countries, participating in the creation of that other World that has now been born. They can't stop it, as much as they want to, they can't stop it.
This is already another World, and there we are making our way, strengthened in Union, and also strengthened in everything we can do together, to ensure that this other World advances, with the Strength of the Peoples.
Thank you very much to you, because at all times we have had your support; we have also supported your work as ambassador, because we know that you came with the best will for rapprochement, to get closer and closer, to advance in this other World that we are creating together and where the People's Republic of China plays a primary role.
Thank you very much, Ambassador. Please take to your President, to your People, the Recognition, the Gratitude of this People of ours, of this Government, and above all the confidence that Together We Are Going Onward, and We are going to Overcome. We know that. Thank you Compañero.

Thank you. Precisely, as you said, China has the will to work together with all countries, whether large or small, but on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.
We are very aware that both you and Compañero Laureano have always expressed your willingness to support, for example, the Four Global Initiatives presented by President Xi Jinping. And one of the Initiatives focuses on Development, or on International Security, or on the Governance of our entire planet.
And all these Initiatives are focused on promoting the Unity of the Peoples, lovers of Peace, lovers of development, uniting our efforts to develop together. And with Nicaragua, we have been working with the guidance of President Xi Jinping on a series of Policies and Initiatives for our joint development.
And as always I have mentioned to Laureano, because he is a connoisseur of China; every time he travels to China he always comes promoting, energetically, strongly, our Cooperation. This is very important, that through exchanges, contacts, we get to know each other and, on the basis of that knowledge, the will to cooperate and, above all, the goodwill based of Equality and Mutual Benefit has been strengthening us even more.
So I would also like to reiterate once again our gratitude for your continued support of China's interests and important policies, both the One-China Principle and a series of Initiatives by Chinese President Xi Jinping, as well as other Policies put forward by our Government.
We keep on working, we keep coming together and we keep achieving greater successes. Thank you.

And here, on behalf of the Nicaraguan People, of all Nicaraguan Families, we express our Appreciation, your Firmness, your Vigor, to strengthen these relations in all fields, between the People's Republic of China and Nicaragua. Two fraternal Peoples, who come from far away.
We come from far away, but in the 1990s, when we left the Government and had relations with the People's Republic of China, the incoming Government withdrew relations and settled with that other territory of the People's Republic of China, which at some point will have to be integrated, will have to be incorporated, fully, into the unity of the Chinese State.
Then, in this New Period which as you well point out, four years have already passed, in which the installation of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Nicaragua, and your leadership at the head of the Embassy, have been decisive. Compañero Chen has been a Militant of the Communist Party, sharing with the Militants of the Sandinista Front.

So on behalf of the People, of the Nicaraguan Families, on behalf of the Nicaraguan State Institutions, twe have all been able to bond, they have been able to get closer, thanks to your management, we wish you, first of all, to take our Message to President Xi Jinping, since we continue to stand firm around your Global Proposal, so that Peace can be established throughout the planet. That's what the President is proposing really, and it's the only way that wars will disappear, that death and violence will disappear.
And we ask you to carry our Greetings to President Xi Jinping, our Recognition, our Gratitude, for the way you have been working as a Representative of the Government and the Chinese Communist Party here in Nicaragua, and that we are committed to continuing to move forward, moving forward with the Compañeros you leave here, already mastering all the work; and equally with the next Ambassador to be delegated by the Government.

And for you, for the Staff who have accompanied you these last few years working, for the People of the People's Republic of China, for the Chinese Communist Party, for President Xi Jinping, our Embrace and our Recognition for your Revolutionary Attitude, your Solidarity, put to the test in this geographical space, small as Nicaragua is, with a population as small as Nicaragua’s, but one that has received the best treatment it could receive from a powerful Nation.
