We join You and Your Government and the Brave People of the Philippines in prayer, expressing our Heartfelt Condolences to all the Families affected by the consecutive passage of Typhoons Ragasa and Bualoi, and by the tragic 6.9 magnitude earthquake that occurred on the night of September 30th in the City of Bogo, Cebu Province.
From our Nicaragua, Blessed and Always Free, please accept with this Message the certainty of our fraternal accompaniment, as well as our Prayers and Trust in God for the prompt relief, Comfort, and recovery of the Communities that have suffered the most direct consequences and losses caused by these natural disasters.
