On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, We join you, the Brotherly and Heroic People and Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, expressing our Fraternal Solidarity and Sincere Condolences for the loss of precious lives of Vietnamese Sisters and Brothers, as well as the considerable material losses caused by the passing of the Bualoi Storm in 17 Provinces and Cities in the Northern and Central Regions of Vietnam.
From our Blessed and Always Free Nicaragua, we raise our Prayers for the Life and Wellbeing of the Families of Vietnam, with the certainty that they will be able to overcome this tragedy with the Grace of God.
