On the special and historic occasion of commemorating this coming September 30th the Victory and Independence Day of the Republic of Abkhazia, we express on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, our warmest congratulations to you and the beloved People of Abkhazia.
On this Historic and Solemn Date, which celebrates the Victories and Consecrated Struggles of the Heroic Abkhaz People for the cause of their Liberty, Self-determination and in Defense of their National Sovereignty, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to continue strengthening our Bonds of Friendship, Solidarity, Brother and Sisterhood and Cooperation that unite our Peoples and Governments.
From our Blessed and Forever Free Nicaragua, beloved Brother President, receive our Fraternal Embrace, with Nicaragua’s affection and respect for the Fraternal People of Abkhazia.
