President Nicolás :
With the pride of all Our America we received your Letter yesterday, and firstly we want to confirm to you that our Union is not one of Speeches, nor of Communiqués... Our Union is Always Further On, as our Immortal Sandino said, and that means at every moment defending every inch of our Blessed Lands, under all circums-tances, in every stage and chapter of our legitimate and true Battles,.
Nicholas, Brother, Compañero :
Our dreams are and will be realized, because “We are heading toward the Sun of Liberation” words also of our Sandino, who lives and ordains the Dignity and National Decorum with which we react, because we are Children of the Great Liberators of Our America... Children of Bolívar, of Martí, of Sandino, of Fidel, of Che, of Chávez, Eternal Comandante.
Our Cause is One of Justice and Love, and from those Ideals and Values which sustain and inspire, motivate and mobilize us, We go Onward, united, because it is united that we overcome, as we will overcome, the ignominious imperial outrages, of those who do not know our Courage, our Convictions and our absolute Faith in Victories.
Comrade, Compañero Nicolás, we are one People, one Country, Great and Luminous, and we battle, we strive, we fight, so as to Continue Victorious and to proclaim, in an ever louder voice, that We neither Sell Out, Nor Surrender, Ever!
In the face of constant Yankee aggression in our Sacred Territories... in the face of their abominable and insulting military presence... in the face of their vices of selfishness, greed, supremacy and desire for domination, our voices, our breasts, our hearts, our arms, which are our wings, raised, cry out and shout: We are One, A Single People defending Peace, Self-Determination, Sovereignty, and the Right that assists us to demand Respect from those we are well aware do not know how to respect, but our Decision is to demand an end to their warlike eagerness and their pretense to become owners of everything that is ours.
Beloved Nicolás:
Your Leadership and the Courage you have shown and too that Heroic People of yours, of Bolívar, of Chávez, are decisive for us as we advance together along the Paths of Peace, which we defend as the Highest Spiritual and Material Heritage of our Great Peoples.
Nicolás, Compañero, Brother, Nicaragua, which is made of Vigor, of Glory, made for Freedom, will always be vibrant with the Eternal Soul of our Teachers, Heroes, Heroines and Guides, with the Banners of Freedom, Dignity, Fraternity, which we do know and will know to honor until the very last breath.
With Sandino we say:
"The last of my men may die,
men of Freedom and Decorum,
but before that happens, blond invader,
more than one battalion of yours
will have bitten the dust of my rugged mountains."
“I neither sell out, nor do I surrender,
I want a Free Patriotic Nation or Death!”
