Today is the 204th Anniversary of our Independence, and all of us are united, all Nicaragua’s Families united together celebrating this Glorious Anniversary with our Brother and Sister Peoples of Central America.
In Our Blessed and Forever Free Nicaragua, we congratulate each other, making ourselves ready so as to continue exercising our Right to a Good Life, to Sovereign, Independent and Secure Life and Work, in order to advance against Poverty and to prosper in Joy, Affection, and Peace, as God commands, and as we all deserve.
In celebrating this Historic Anniversary, we express our firm Conviction and Determination to live out the Noble and Courageous Legacy of our Heroes and Heroines, learning always from each one of them, who with the Banners of our Patriotic Nation marked out the course for our Ways of Culture and Well-being, for our own Families’ and Communities’ choices of Faith, and for the ways of Democracy that we choose.
We continue Making History through our Christian, Socialist, Solidarity inspired, Revolutionary and Evolutionary Nicaragua, including each one of us, for the Good of Everyone.
