On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, of the Sandinista Front for National Liberation, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our Warmest Congratulations on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Sister Socialist Republic of Vietnam, this upcoming 2nd September.
With great Joy, we join You, the Comrades of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and all the Heroic People of Vietnam in the Celebration of this Special Day, on which we remember with profound Affection our Beloved President Ho Chi Minh, Father of the Nation and Symbol of the Struggle for Freedom of the Peoples of the World, who with tenacity led the Heroic People of Vietnam to Victory over colonialism and imperialism.
Dear Brothers,
This occasion is a good time to remember that on 3rd September 1979, 46 years ago, just days after the Triumph of the Sandinista Popular Revolution, our Peoples, Governments and Parties established diplomatic relations, cemented by the Struggle for Freedom, Well-being, Peace and the defense of the Sovereignty, Independence and Self-determination of our Peoples.
Rest assured, we will continue to strengthen the Historic Bonds we have built over these years, walking together in our revolutionary ideals and principles for the Peace, Dignity and Development of our Free and Sovereign Peoples.
From our Blessed and Always Free Nicaragua, please receive our Fraternal and Revolutionary Embrace, as well as our best wishes for Health and Prosperity for the Brotherly People of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
