In this July of Victories, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we are proud to express our warmest congratulations to you, to the Fraternal People and Government of Cuba, in commemoration of the Anniversary this coming July 26th of the Heroic Assault on the Moncada Barracks.
We remember with deep respect and admiration that historic action, which so valiantly confronted imperial pressure, with great affection we congratulate and celebrate with Raúl, Miguel, the entire Historic Leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba, the current Leadership and Leading Cadres and Cuba’s Glorious People.
