On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we express our most sincere congratulations to you, to your Dignified Government and to the Brave and Fraternal Cuban People, on the commemoration of the 123rd Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Cuba, this coming May 20th.
On this significant date, we reaffirm our commitment to continue strengthening the historical Ties of Brother and Sisterhood, of Solidarity and Cooperation that unite our Nations, guided by the Ideals of Justice, Sovereignty and Self-Determination of our Peoples.
