Your Majesty, Excellency, Brother:
The People of Nicaragua and the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, convey to You and the Families of Thailand, our Deepest Condolences and Sincere Solidarity in the face of the misfortune that occurred in the Province of Nong Bua Lamphu, where as a result of an insane attack, 32 people died, including 23 children between 2 and 3 years old.
Our Prayers and Fraternal Love, asking God to relieve the pain of the Fathers, Mothers, Relatives and Friends of these very affected Sisters and Brothers.
