Nicaragua with Ecuador
We have a long history of Solidarity and Complementary Unity with the Families and People of Ecuador.
We have come to know and admire each other as cheerful, lucid, sweet-natured but forceful Peoples in Courage and Steadfastness, Consistent with the Noble History of Our America and Caribbean.
We cannot stay silent today faced with the extraordinary, crude, insulting actions by means of which, in a context of supposed Democracy, an abusive Government, one that has exhibited particular cruelty by invading an Embassy with armed force to attack and kidnap an asylum-seeker, invidiously beating up an Ambassador; one that unleashes abominable, insulting, underhand and degrading campaigns against its opponents, with all the vulgarity, class warfare, and sexist, misogynist contempt characteristic of oligarchs who do not represent their Peoples.
Compañera Luisa González, whom we admire and respect, stood firm despite all the aggravation, triteness, ridicule and trivialization, against the crude, puerile propaganda maneuvers and showed through her own brilliance and gallantry, her intelligent and formidable character as a Woman of Our America, Militant, Dignified, Revolutionary and Christian. Our recognition for her vivacious, sensitive and sensible commitment to a Culture of the Common Good.
The State of Exception, or Siege, that the inept, maladroit, treacherous Government used to disqualify, concealing the Truth, and thus usurp the self-evident Victory of Luisa and the Citizen Revolution, not only reflects intellectual weakness and insolence, but also and in every sense, shows that fraud is the only word to describe its perverse and obscene behavior.
Ecuador’s People triumphed in the Presidential Elections, but their votes were kidnapped and hijacked by Fascism that not only broke all the rules and norms of Democratic Institutionality, but also, by imposing itself through falsehood and mendacity, prolongs the insecurity, anxiety and alienation from all the Political, Social and Economic Rights, the Democratic and Human Rights of a People that by no means deserves such barbaric treatment.
Battling, Combative, Heroic Ecuador, given the Strength of its History, we are sure will transcend all the dictatorial restrictions, which ignorant and arrogant villainy seeks to impose on it, by means of increasingly clear corruption which reflects the racism and class hatred of those who practice it.
To Luisa, Compañera, to the Families and Communities of Ecuador, to all the members of the Citizen Revolution Alliance, our unchanging, unequivocal and undying Militant Solidarity.
The Denunciation we make is the Denunciation of the Peoples of Our America, with whom we condemn every criminal, delinquent, immoral and barbaric act, while supporting our Brothers and Sisters who bravely confront the traitorous, fascist, irrational and servile brutality of those who insist on ignoring reality so as to impose falsification, adulteration, slander and misery.
Confronted with the shameful, brutal abuse of a servile dictatorship and an already failed fascist State, one that is thus illegal, illegitimate and anti-historic, the Patriotic Nation will overcome!
