At a time when the Sovereignty of Panama is being threatened again, we join the calls and demands of your brave People, whom we know very well, in Solidarity and in the Voice of the Great Patriotic Nation, remembering your Heroism and Victorious Struggles.
We have been and we are resolutely Brothers and Sisters in the Noble Battles of our Peoples, living in our Own Sacred Lands, with our Flags held high, certain of our Historical Dignity.
The name of General Omar Torrijos Herrera, Hero of Panama and of all Our America, vibrates today ever more loudly in the Memory and Glory of his Work and of the Great Legacy which he bequeathed to his People.
