Opening Remarks by Rosario, Vice President of Nicaragua,
in the Midday Edition of Multinoticias Channel 4

A very good afternoon, Compañera. Good afternoon, Beloved Families of this Blessed, Forever Free, Sovereign Patriotic Nation... Always full of faith and trust in God... Always working in order to prosper, while also safeguarding the Peace and Security which allows us, precisely, to work, to advance, to progress.
This morning we have seen, or rather since dawn really, at about 2 o'clock in the morning when news began to spread in the various international media of the terrorist attack, already characterized as such, which took the life in Moscow of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Head of the Radiological, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces.
It was a bomb, a bomb according to what we learned from the Authorities of the Russian Federation... A bomb planted on an electric skateboard, parked at the entrance of the building where Lieutenant General Kirillov lived, on Ryazansky Avenue, which is a central area, a neighborhood, a residential sector of the Capital. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov died, and his assistant died.
An investigation has been opened in the Russian Federation, and there is already confirmation from those in Kiev who receive instructions from the West, which is in no way at all collective, because the West in no way represents us all, but rather is the West of that bloodthirsty First World, which unleashes crimes against defenseless Peoples such as the Palestinian People.
The same First World, the same West which, after all, how does it ever behave? With Terrorism! And according to the Brothers and Sisters of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the death of both servicemen is now being described as an attack, and a criminal case has been opened for the crimes of murder, terrorism, illegal trafficking in weapons, ammunition, and so on.
We want to emphatically condemn what we unfortunately see every day, in this World that they want to dominate, because an attack like this, a crime, a criminal action, a terrorist action like this, makes that self-evident. They want to dominate the World, and they know that the Russian Federation is working towards a Multipolar World, where all Free Peoples, with our Rights, our Voices, are Protagonists of this Other Time of History.
We emphatically condemn any terrorist action, and this one in particular, coming from where we know it does, and moreover, also knowing how to read what it represents, what it means. Once again, our unyielding Solidarity with the Russian Federation, in that Struggle, which is the Struggle of Everyone, against Fascism, and to defend Peace in the World.
Once again, not only our Solidarity, but our full support, because we are part of that Other World which wants Peace, Rights, Security, Stability, Solidarity and Solidarity-Inspired Cooperation, Respectful and Unconditional.
We are part of that Other World, which these attacks against the Russian Federation are intended to destroy, according to those in that First-World West, that's what they say, that they are First World, we are... How do they describe us? As the jungle. They intend to reduce the chances of that Other World emerging, but it has already emerged and they cannot stop it. And thus we are all defending our Right to live in Peace, with Security; defending our Right to deny the Fascism that has caused and continues to cause so much suffering, pain, death and destruction across the entire planet.
Our Fraternal Embrace to the Family of Comrade Igor Kirillov, to the Family of his Aide, and to the People of the Russian Federation, a Heroic People, a Great People, a People Admired and Respected all over the World.
Our solidarity, of course, to President Comrade Vladimir Putin, to his entire Government, to all their State Institutions that are waging the fundamental Battle to move onward... Where to? To defend Peace, Security, and the Right that we, the Conscious, Free, Sovereign Peoples of the World have, to live in Another World, a World of Ours, of Everyone, a World which we have the Duty to make Better.
On behalf of all those who throughout History have given their Lives to defend this Other World, defending this Other World, and defending Peace, millions of millions of Human Beings on all Continents, have said Enough!, and we have started making our way and we are indeed making our way, as Brothers and Sisters, as Compañeros and Compañeras, Always in Solidarity, Making Our Way Together, Always Further On!
