From our Blessed and Always Free Nicaragua we convey our greetings to You, along with the Respect and Recognition of our People, of the Families and of the Brave Nicaraguan Women, who admire in you the First Female Comrade to achieve the position of Head of State in that Sister Country.
In expressing our congratulations, we also wish you Success in your Purposes and Plans to lead your Country Forward, from your position as Head of State, as well as the Southwest African People's Organization (SWAPO). We have always agreed and we are sure we will agree, in the essential Struggles for Peace, Justice and Rights in the World.
Once again, for You and your People, and for the Women of Namibia, our best wishes, during these other Times of affirmation of our Independences.
