Dear Brother,
In Commemoration of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity together with Nicaragua's Families join the voices that cry out for Justice, Dignity, Brother and Sisterhood, Solidarity and Respect for Life, Human Conscience, for the Values and Vigor of our Cultures, Nations and Peoples of the World.
Today, we remember the tireless struggle of a Heroic People who have endured decades of suffering, displacement and colonial oppression, but who continue to stand firm with an Unwavering Spirit Fighting for Independence, Self-Determination and Sovereignty.
Throughout all these years, the Palestinian People have demonstrated an admirable tenacity for Peace, Recognition and Freedom, Paths and Principles that the People and Government of Nicaragua will continue to accompany until the realization of a Palestinian State is achieved, recognizing the borders prior to June 4th 1967, with East Jerusalem as its Capital.
We express our deep and unwavering Solidarity with the Families of Palestine, victims of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity by the Government of Israel, sponsored, financed and armed by the Governments of the United States and European Countries, which outrage our Community of Nations.
Solidarity has no borders and from our Blessed, Forever Free Nicaragua, we reaffirm our commitment to the Palestinian People achieving a Just and Lasting Peace, with our full confidence and certainty that Palestine will overcome in the struggle to exercise its Inalienable Right to Freedom, Self-Determination, National Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity.
The People and Government of Nicaragua are convinced that the long-awaited Peace and Stability in the Middle East will become a reality by ending the Israeli occupation of all the occupied territories in Palestine, the Realization of the Palestinian State in its National Territory, with Holy East Jerusalem as its Capital, allowing all to reap the fruits of Peace, Coexistence, Cooperation and Stability, in accordance with the various international causes and the relevant United Nations Resolutions.
