BOLIVIA, SISTER IN ALBA
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, and the Sandinista National Liberation Front, send our Fraternal Greeting, Always in Solidarity, to the Families and People of Beloved Bolivia, whose country brings us so close to our own Origins, Valor and Strengths.
We have learned of the difficult situations being experienced by Bolivia's families, and yesterday Compañero Evo Morales denounced an attack which endangered his life and that of his companions.
In that regard, in accordance with his responsibility as Head of State, President Luis Arce Catacora, has communicated his decision to open immediately an exhaustive investigation that will allow us to know more details.
Always in Close Affinity, with Respect, Affection and, like all the Community of Our America and Caribbean, we welcome everything that contributes to Understanding, Security, Tranquility and Harmony in that member country of our ALBA, and we wish the Constitutional Authorities and the Social, Cultural, Labor and Indigenous Leaders the very best energies so that they may find points of consensus, leading to the necessary solutions and proposals, viable for everyone.
Always Further On, said our General Sandino, and we know this is indeed the Way: Transcend so as to Strive Together and Continue to Overcome.
United, all of us are the Victories our Peoples Need and Deserve,
