It was a historic visit to Nicaragua, I felt among my own people and felt that it is my second homeland.
Today I received the news of the heroic attitude with which Nicaragua has broke ties with the Apartheid State of Israel.
You and the great Compañero Daniel have taken a big step that shows your position towards our Cause. Our people are very content and feel that Nicaragua is a great support for the Palestinian people, who are still fighting for their freedom, despite the genocide that Israel continues to commit, murdering us as part of its policy towards us.
On behalf of my people and my party, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and on my own behalf, we extend our warm greetings to the great leadership of Nicaragua, and through you to its People who support us.
