203 Years after our Independence, we greet each other in New Times and in the face of the challenges of this different World where it is up to us to continue working together, to leave Poverty and Pain behind and make our common Dreams of Peace, Work, Security and Rights come true.
By celebrating ourselves as Brave and Combative Peoples, we embrace each other in the certain Hope of a Future of Prosperous, Peaceful, Safe and Joyful Community.
