A very good afternoon, Compañera, and a very good afternoon, Beloved Families of our Blessed Nicaragua, Blessed, risen up in vibrant, Vigorous and Glorious Soul and Heart... Nicaragua, full of Vigor and Glory, made for Freedom, for Humanity, for Happiness, for Prosperity.
Here we are today, celebrating ourselves thanks to the Incomparable Heroism of Julio Buitrago. Alone in front of a criminal army... Criminal and genocidal! It cannot even be called an Army, because our Army, and most Armies, are clothed with the Honor and Glory of their Peoples, like our Sandinista People's Army, and our Army of Nicaragua today, and too our Army in Defense of National Sovereignty. No... the genocidal National Guard cowardly confronting Valiant Comandante Julio Buitrago Urroz.
And today when we celebrate his Heroism and his Life, we confirm, we note, that this is the Bravery of we Nicaraguans, of our Youth, which has also been recognized as the Cultural and National Patrimony of our Nicaragua, in a Decree by our President Comandante Daniel,
In addition, the National Assembly has informed us that tomorrow they will also be recognizing this Decree of the President of the Republic, establishing that our Youth, of all Times, is Patrimony of our Blessed and Forever Free Nicaragua.
How we have faced, with Heroism, with Gallantry, with Brilliance, from Diriangén, Nicarao, Adiact, forging and traveling inspiring Paths, in Courageous and Decisive National Liberation Struggles.
As Rubén, Father and Magical Educator of the Nicaraguan Soul said, "Youth is our Divine Treasure.".. Nicaragua's National Patrimony!
In these Times of Sovereignty and Luminous Creation, of the uninterrupted formation of our National Consciousness and an unwavering Commitment, Determination to Strive to Overcome Poverty, we work Every Day, All Together, Young People of all Times, from our Sensibilities, Intelligences, Talents, to advance in the Great Songs of Life and Hope, towards a Future of Love, of Justice, of True Truths, of Well-being, of Nationhood, of the Peace and Prosperity, which we so much deserve.
Youth, Divine Treasure of our Free Nation...! Youth, National Patrimony of our Nicaragua!
We live in a Country that thrives, a Country making progress, which is exactly the Progress the heartless, outdated deadbeats do not want to see. The unmasked scarecrow devils who do not accept that our People get ahead, and that Together we improve our Lives. Their souls are bent double, they are crooked of Soul, blind and deaf to understand the Good, the Common Good above all... Their hearts have just shriveled up!
That is why Life has defeated them, because, full of evil, they are soured by hatred and failure. Decrepit! Deadbeats! Failures, we say... Defeated ! Imperial slot machines swallowing small change, a pittance to sell out their Nation. Permanently. They, being the executioners of their own people, do not want to see Progress, because Progress for the People and Rights of the People are not in their interest
Another 250 buses are being delivered today for the Families of Managua, for the Cooperatives of Managua. Such progress is not in the interests of the defeated, the has-beens and for that very reason, they are defeated and unsuccessful, because the People do not want them, they do not want to be denied the Right to live quietly, in peace, working, advancing, prospering once more.
The People-President, our Glorious Youth, Divine Treasure, the Blessed Nicaraguan People, Blessed, by the Grace of God, want nothing to do with them!
One sees their embittered faces, vinegar brought to life, and how they boast about the terrorism they wanted to impose on Nicaragua. To them, it seems very gallant, very brilliant to have resorted to terror, seeking to subdue a Brave, Dignified, Noble People, who have never been either subdued or defeated... Never! We have never been defeated, nor subdued, much less by such charlatans... Traitorous mercenaries, is what they are!
Tomorrow the 16th, precisely, we are going to be lighting 50 more Trees of Life... True Life, Life in Light, in Truth, in Justice, in Affection, in Recognition, in Brother and Sisterhood, in Solidarity, in Complementarity... Life as the Combative Families of our Nicaragua deserve.
50 Trees of Life, in different parts of Managua and our Country. Symbols, each one of them a symbol of the Victories of the People over the enemies of this Blessed Nation, the enemies of Peace, the enemies of Love. They will be switched on tomorrow...! And those Symbols are there, they represent what we are: Life, Health and Strength. They represent what we are: Victories, Victorious Life, Glorious Life, Honorable Life, Life that we know how to use for Good. Because We Neither Sell Out, Nor Surrender, Ever!
