We recognize the tranquility and confidence that your People have shown in these Elections, as well as the Electoral Institutions that have ratified your Victory.
We trust in God to allow us to work together for the Union of our Peoples and Governments around solutions to improve the Lives of Families in every way while encouraging the Optimistic Energy of our Youth.
We never forget the contribution of your People and its Historic Leaders uniting the Heroic Struggles we have waged throughout Our America for Sovereignty, Independence and Rights.
Successes, President, in your Plans and Projects, and, of course, for the Beloved Panamanian People.
