With great Feeling we have learned about the Transition to another Plane of Life of the Compañera and Friend, Senator Piedad Córdoba, with whom we had the honor of sharing many events convened by the Eternal Comandante, Hugo Chávez Frías, for the strengthening of the Greater Nation.
Her love and dedication to her People, to her Colombia, and to Our America and Caribbean, made her a Brave and Heroic Fighter who lived intensely, learning and teaching a great deal.
Dignified, Loyal, Beautiful, Elegant, Piedad knew how to face with great spirituality the adversities and ingratitudes of Life. An eternal Defender of Justice, of Brother and Sisterhood, of the Authentic Truth, of Culture and Politics, she understood them as natural and refined forms of Collective Creation.
Piedad is the Essence of the History of all the Battles and Victories of the Peoples of the World.
