MESSAGE FROM THE GOVERNMENT OF RECONCILIATION AND NATIONAL UNITY IN THE INTERNATIONAL FORUM AGAINST IMPERIALISM, FASCISM AND NEOCOLONIZATION IN THE FRAMEWORK OF 200 YEARS OF ANTI-IMPERIALISM “BOLIVAR VS. MONROE”

1. From Nicaragua, the Free, Dignified and Sovereign Nation of General Sandino and the Universal Poet Rubén Darío, we convey with great affection, friendship and solidarity fraternal greetings from the Nicaraguan People, from Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra, President of Nicaragua and Compañera Vice President Rosario Murillo to President Nicolas Maduro, to the Venezuelan People, to their Bolivarian Armed Forces, to all the Brothers and Sisters, Compañeras and Compañeros of the different countries participating in this meeting.
2. Nicaragua is grateful for the invitation to participate in this International Forum against Imperialism, Fascism and Neocolonization, taking as a reference 200 years of anti-imperialism and the thought, postulates and struggle of Bolívar and the Latin American and Caribbean peoples for their Freedom, Independence and Sovereignty against European colonialism and North American imperialism and their Monroe Doctrine enunciated in 1823.
3. The original peoples of Our Continental and Caribbean America, our ancestors, were visible to the Western and Christian world all the time they invaded us and colonized us, destroying our culture and the worldview of our original peoples, thus committing one of the greatest genocides in the history of Mankind, wiping out millions of human beings and extracting their valuable minerals with which the Western powers enriched themselves.
4. Imperialism, fascism and neocolonialism have relentlessly continued their criminal, inhuman policies of blatant theft of natural resources, against all humanity. The brotherly Palestinian People, the inhabitants of Gaza are the latest act of hegemonic imperial savagery. Our militant solidarity with the Palestinian People and our condemnation of the genocide and occupation by global imperialism and the Government of Israel.
5. The Caciques, the Tribal Chiefs of our communities and native peoples, rebelled against the conquerors, the colonizers of the time who also enriched themselves by kidnapping African peoples who became slaves and objects of trade until Haiti rebelled and the enslaved African peoples were liberated with the Revolution for the Liberation from Slavery in Haiti.
6. Imperialism, which was born from colonial policy and enriched itself through labor exploitation and the usurpation of the world's raw materials, tries to maintain its dominance through unipolar hegemony, aggression such as Unilateral Coercive Measures and war, trying to destroy the Peace, Security and stability of Peoples and of Nations.
7. In a multilateral dynamic, our Dignified Peoples find that imperialism generates dependence, inequality and poverty, such that now we are making progress, in shared, cooperative and solidarity-oriented dialogue, in the struggle against imperialism, fascism and neocolonization, as we are doing today here in Venezuela, each of our peoples in their respective countries.
8. The so-called “contemporary neocolonial practices" contain the same essence and roots of the methods used by the dominating powers of the past, adapted to the new information and communication technologies; control over the international financial and commercial system; military advances and the instrumentalization of the global institutions of Development and International Law.
9. Since 1823 with its so-called Monroe Doctrine, the United States has maintained its interventionist and aggressive policy, its false moral authority, making itself a hegemonic world power and the judge and prosecutor of the Peoples of the world.
10. Simón Bolívar, the Great Liberator of America put himself at the service of the oppressed and swore to break the chains of the dominant empire and generator of misery in our Great Patriotic Nation. Bolivarian thought and action is the antithesis of the Monroe Doctrine designed by the United States Government to dominate and take over our America and the World. Sandino in Nicaragua in the midst of the struggle against the US military aggression in the 20s and 30s of the last century, elaborated the Plan of the Supreme Dream of Bolívar in his vision of struggle for the Sovereignty and National Dignity of Nicaragua, managing to defeat the US invaders.
11. United in solidarity, we are able to defeat the Imperialism, Fascism and Neo-colonization that are killing millions of Human Beings in the World and to prevent the United States and its NATO allies from formally normalizing the Nazism of states like Ukraine and Israel.
12. For our America South of the Rio Grande, the supremacist Northern empire, with its Monroe Doctrine policies, engaged in permanent aggression against our countries and expanding it to the whole world up to the present day, turning militarism and the military industry into priority sectors of its economy.
13. Its diplomacy is based on aggression and unipolar hegemonic dominance. The aggressions, invasions and theft of the resources of the countries are visible in the different continents of this planet, accompanied by psychological warfare along with cultural, ideological and social colonization, as part of its expansionist geopolitical doctrine.
14. Faced with these realities, our peoples struggle, resist and overcome. Within the framework of these struggles, the FSLN Government led by Comandante Daniel and Compañera Rosario, based on the same conviction and principles with which Cuba and Venezuela disassociated themselves from the OAS, we too disassociated ourselves this November 19th from the Organization of American States (OAS), which has been and is the instrument of United States power for implementing its Monroe Doctrine in America and throughout the world. Nicaragua is no longer a member of this Organization subordinated to the North American empire and thus we contribute in this struggle against imperialism, fascism, neocolonization and for a new international order, one that is just, equitable, respectful and multipolar.
15. United and in international solidarity, our Progressive and Revolutionary Peoples and Governments continue to overcome.
