Dear Brother,
On behalf of our Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, of Nicaragua’s Families, and on our own behalf, allow us to express our Condolences to and Solidarity with the Palestinian People, subjected to the most brutal genocide by the Imperialists of the Earth.
Today, on the commemoration of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, given the crimes against humanity that continue to be committed against Children, Young People, Women, Men, and the Elderly, it is our duty to condemn this barbarism, demanding the cessation of the bombardments and the immediate withdrawal of the Israeli Army and the imperialist forces led by the governing class of the United States.
In the midst of these hard and unjust moments confronting the Heroic Palestinian People, this Day represents the essence of Unity, Solidarity, Brotherhood and Comradeship which the International Community and the Peoples of the World must demonstrate and express on behalf of one of the most just causes ever, the historical cause of Palestine.
The Government and People of Nicaragua, which in its history has been tireless for our National Liberation, recognize and know that the Palestinian People will be victorious in the struggle to ensure respect for and the effective exercise of their legitimate Right to Freedom of Self-Determination, National Sovereignty and to the Territorial Integrity of the State of Palestine, recognizing the borders prior to June 4th 1967, with East Jerusalem as its Capital.
From our Nicaragua, Forever Blessed and Always Free, we send a Fraternal Message of Solidarity, of Hope and of great Strength to the brave Palestinian People, reaffirming our conviction that the longed-for Peace and Stability in the Middle East will only be achieved with the Full Realization of a State of Palestine, by recognizing and asserting the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, in accordance with the relevant United Nations Resolutions and the aspirations of Peace-loving Peoples.
