Nicaragua's international legal team provides its second-round presentation on the preliminary objections raised by Germany in the case initiated by Nicaragua before the ICJ.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) met on Thursday (September 10) to hear Nicaragua’s second-round presentation on the preliminary objections raised by Germany in the case initiated by Nicaragua against Germany for its sponsorship of the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, through its political, financial, and military support for Israel. Public hearings were held from September 7 to 10 for this case concerning Alleged Breaches of Certain International Obligations in respect of the Occupied Palestinian Territory (Nicaragua v. Germany).
