As you commemorate the 62nd Anniversary of the Day of the Republic, we wish to express on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, our warmest Congratulations to You and the Brotherly People and Government of the Republic of Niger.
On this memorable and historic date, we join You and your People in the celebration of this National Day, taking the opportunity to recognize the efforts made by your Government in favor of Peace, Unity, Well-being and Self-determination.
